10 inch 1U Server Organization

1U Rack-Mounted Shelves for a 10-Inch Home Server

This collection includes self-made 1U rack-mounted shelves designed for a 10-inch home server. It also contains customized files for some devices. If you don’t know about them, you can get them here. I am not affiliated or sponsored, but just so you know what I mean:

I designed these models in Onshape, and you’re free to modify them as needed. You can access the public Onshape document here if you need the STEP files or want to modify the project for your needs:

My Print Parameters

• Printer: Prusa MK4

• Filament: PETG

• Layer Height: 0.32mm

• Nozzle Diameter: 0.6mm

• Infill: 20% Gyroid

Printing Orientation

• General Shelves: Print flat, should perfectly fit a 250x200mm bed

• TP-Link Shelf: Always print front-down to prevent sagging of the rear clips

Installation Instructions

TP-Link Network Switch (TL-SG108PE)

• Can be clipped into place

• Insert from front or back

• Align screw mounting slots on the bottom with the pegs on the shelf

• If done right, should sit flush with the front

Asus NUC 13 BRF Rugged

• Use 4x M3x8mm or M3x10mm screws

• Secure the NUC from the bottom

• Built-in standoffs align with VESA mounting holes

• Rubber feet can remain attached

• If done right, should sit flush with the front

Advantech Router (FWA-T011)

• Use 2x M3x8mm screws

• Insert from front or back

• Secure the router from the sides

• If done right, should sit flush with the front
