1U Rack-Mounted Shelves for a 10-Inch Home Server
This collection includes self-made 1U rack-mounted shelves designed for a 10-inch home server. It also contains customized files for some devices. If you don’t know about them, you can get them here. I am not affiliated or sponsored, but just so you know what I mean:
I designed these models in Onshape, and you’re free to modify them as needed. You can access the public Onshape document here if you need the STEP files or want to modify the project for your needs:
My Print Parameters
Printer: Prusa MK4
Filament: PETG
Layer Height: 0.32mm
Nozzle Diameter: 0.6mm
Infill: 20% Gyroid
Printing Orientation
General Shelves: Print flat, should perfectly fit a 250x200mm bed
TP-Link Shelf: Always print front-down to prevent sagging of the rear clips
Installation Instructions
TP-Link Network Switch (TL-SG108PE)
Can be clipped into place
Insert from front or back
Align screw mounting slots on the bottom with the pegs on the shelf
If done right, should sit flush with the front
Asus NUC 13 BRF Rugged
Use 4x M3x8mm or M3x10mm screws
Secure the NUC from the bottom
Built-in standoffs align with VESA mounting holes
Rubber feet can remain attached
If done right, should sit flush with the front
Advantech Router (FWA-T011)
Use 2x M3x8mm screws
Insert from front or back
Secure the router from the sides
If done right, should sit flush with the front
