Dork Design's Pilot Parallel cap improves dramatically over the terrible cap that comes with the pen.
I decided to remix it just because I felt it could probably be printed in one piece 😊
You'll want to print this with a high resolution to capture the fine threads as best you can. I had success with 0.1mm layer height (on a 0.4mm nozzle).
You should also probably use a brim, just since it's a tall and skinny part.
I also printed mine in PETG, but I imagine PLA or another material should work fine (just keep in mind that the clip will be easier to break with a more brittle filament).
My remix reorients the part, adds a chamfer so it can be printed easily in the new orientation, and adds a redesigned clip to it.
