Based around a 2020 aluminum extrusion, The bolt in pieces are placed, to precisely bend in a perfect 90 degree axis. This is a concept that works, but you might have to mirror some parts, in order to bend the tube in the particular direction you'd like. The radius of the bends are 30mm.
You need:
- 14mm tube
- Inner silicone rod
- 2020 Aluminum extrusion
- M5 25mm bolts
- M5 T-Nuts
- Heat gun
