I created this for a crosscut sled on a Sawstop PCS. You can print as many extension pieces as needed for the length you want to achieve. They print without supports on structure .15 setting, I used PETG for strength.
One note, this is a tight fit so print one, or a section of one to test your saw before printing all supports. You will likey need some tweaking and light sanding of the joints for the best, smoothest operation. I suggest you use white or light colored filament so you can see where the rails rub during operation and sand those areas. I connected them with gel-type CA glue and it worked well.
