rc imoca foiling sailboat

rc scow sailboat that can foil if there is enough wind

the keel require 2 m4 threaded rod along its lenght 

in the middle of the center section it is required to pause the print to instal the screws for the foli rake tuning 

some threaded inserts are required for the keel foil system.

be aware that the boat is not very resistant.

I printed it in black pla and it tend to deform if let exposed to the sun 

the bulb is casted out of lead and weight 550g

the boat uses a standars servo and winch for rc fonctions 

I uploaded 2 versions of foils (v0 v15) that has actualy been tested and does work howerver it is not ideal.

therefore I uploaded the foil V3 v16 that aim to improve performances but I haven't had the oportinity to test it in windy condition. all I can say for sure at this point about this version is that it improve the up wind performance by a lot and il lite wind it does generate a lot more lift.
