Remixed Simon's Orbitool mount for an actively heated chamber, which requires a fan on the toolboard.

Added 4010 fan mount.  Requires additional M3 insert and fasteners.  Print with 0.4mm nozzle and paint on support for all of the thin areas and top section.  The fan itself is a structural component.  Tie in the 2 wire 4010 fan to the hotend fan port.

Smoothed USB cable holder to avoid chafing at the sharp edges.  I found this to be an issue when printed out of PCCF.  Added zip tie hole for added USB cable retention, as the clip creeps and works over time loosening eventually.

Added RevB of the mount, which adds a heat set insert for the M3 screw from the Orbiter w/ filament sensor to the Orbitool mount.  Added a 14mm printable spacer, which then clamps all of the parts together and allows for removal of the extruder without removing the Orbitool board.

1/2/25 - Added RevC of the mount, which adds a double M6 threaded bowden tube coupler to the 4mm bowden tube guide for use with the infinity flow spool joiner.  I found that with the Orbiter filament sensor, using a 2mm ID bowden tube right before the sensor eliminates filament catching (but otherwise triggering the sensor).  This caused me a few failed prints.  However running that 2mm ID all the way out of the printer is too restrictive, so I couple it with a 3mm ID filament guide tube.  The mount has optimized ramps to transition from the 3mm ID to 2mm ID without catching the filament end.  Cut the 2mm ID bowden tube (blue in the photo), so that when fully inserted and installed, the filament jam sensor is extended up in its natural position.

2/10/25 - Added CNC Toolhead versions of the mount,

Print 0.15mm layer height. 0.4mm nozzle PCCF or PC-ASA.  Use a drill bit to open the center hold of the filament guide to 2mm or the ID size of your specific make of Bowden tube.
