MODULITH 240 Prusa Core One/MK4 Tool Insert

A home for everything that came in your Prusa box.

Every tool gets its own spot. The trays have custom cutouts for the pliers, both screwdrivers, the full hex key set and the angled wrenches, plus a small bin for spare silicone socks and the other loose bits. Pull the drawer open and you can tell right away if something wandered off.

Made for the 240 drawer. The trays drop straight into a MODULITH 240 2W-1H drawer, Decor or Classic. The 240 collection is sized to match the build plate on printers like the Core One, so the drawer can live right under the printer it belongs to.

Bonus storage underneath. The optional Bottom Frame lifts the trays up and gives you a second layer of storage below them.

Two-tone, pre-sliced. Running an MMU? The 3MF has the trays ready to print in two colors.

GEN2 is now MODULITH. Same system, same compatibility. Print only what you need, snap it together with QuickLock, and rearrange or expand your storage anytime.

A MODULITH 240 2W-1H drawer (Decor or Classic) and a 240 case for it. The insert itself needs no hardware.

PRINT SETTINGS

• Recommended filament: PETG, PCTG, or PLA

• Supports: None

• Perimeters: 2-3

• Nozzle: 0.4mm

• Layer height: 0.2mm

Every part is oriented ready to print.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Print the trays as oriented, no supports

• Optional: set the Bottom Frame in the drawer first

• Drop the trays into the drawer

• Load up your tools and enjoy never hunting for the hex keys again
