FPS Optimized Rear Loading Shell ---> for Short Dart + Elite Dart
for the X-Shot Excel Ejector Shell Blaster
Load short darts into the shell without ramrod due to rear loading.
Easy loading of the shells due to the optional loading tray which, in combination with the sliding lid, can also be used as storage to bundle the shells properly.
98 FPS (max.) with stock blaster (X-Shot Airpocket Darts and red X-Shot Short Darts).
That's roughly 10 FPS more than with the original X-Shot shell.
rear shell section diameter = 12,9mm
front shell section diameter = 13mm
This combination has brought the best FPS in my testings.
The small side wings are unnecessary if the shell is completely open at the back (like my shell here).
The wings on the original X-Shot shell are only needed there because there's a ridge in the opening at the back.
The small wings are meant to rotate the shell into the correct position so that the air restrictor can't be accidentally opened by the ridge when the shell is empty.

Update 16.2.2026:
Since the shell was a bit loose in the clip on holder for the shoulder stock,
I slightly increased the outer diameter by 0,1mm.Update 17.2.2026:
- Added additional a tighter version of the shell for worn out darts with rear inner diameter of 12,8mm.
- Added a shell loading tray which, in combination with the sliding lid, can also be used as storage to bundle the shells properly.

The shell needs approx. 5g of filament.
The file is already pre-oriented.
My print settings for PLA:
0,2mm layer height
4 walls
15-20% gyroid or cubic infill
7 top and bottom shell layers
no supports needed
