Use the rubber screw cover that comes with the Skadis to secure it to the adapter.
You can use double-side tape or other non-destructive adhesive at the bottom section of the adapter that sits on top of the surface to secure it to the cabinet/wardrobe/cupboard.
Likely stronger when printed while laying on the side with support enabled.
