This is a cover that will prohibit the use of the velocity dial on the Axis Switch Pro. The idea is that before a game you tune the blaster to under the fps cap, then screw on the cover, and it "locks" the fps in for that game. Now yes, obviously you could unscrew it mid game and turn up the velocity, but there are many other blasters with workarounds like that, so please be kind and play fair.
To install it simply unscrew the screw to the right of the dial, and secure the cover with an M3x20 screw.
