Product Description – 43 x 32 mm Mini Salt and Pepper Shaker with Replaceable Sprinklers
This is a compact, 3D printable mini salt and pepper shaker, which is approximately 43 mm high and 32 mm in diameter. The interior is divided into two separate compartments, allowing you to store salt and pepper at the same time, for example.
The special feature of the holder is the separate separating latch / compartment divider system that helps keep the two spices separate, as well as the replaceable spreading surface, which can be used with two types of inserts:
* an insert with small holes for a finer sprinkling, such as salt or ground pepper;
* an insert with larger, triangular openings for coarser spices or stronger dosing.
The spreading inserts are replaceable, so the use of the holder can be flexibly adapted to the material stored in it.
Recommended print settings for PLA:
* Material: PLA
* Nozzle: 0.4 mm
* Layer thickness: 0.16–0.20 mm
* Number of walls: 3–4 walls
* Top/bottom layer: 5–6 layers
* Infill: 20–30%
* Temperature: approx. 200–215 °C
* Bed: approx. 50–60 °C
* Brim: optional, can be useful for small parts
