For this system, one unit equals the width of a standard racking beam section, making it easy to size panels to match your rack layout.

Design Notes

Unlike standard IKEA Skådis panels that alternate hole rows, these panels use a full-hole layout for greater mounting flexibility while maintaining Skådis-compatible spacing.

The goal was to create a backwall system that feels like part of the rack itself instead of an add-on.

• PLA works well

• PETG recommended for heavier accessories

• 0.4mm nozzle recommended

• Larger panels may benefit from a brim depending on printer setup
