Two variations on the disc included in the Crunchlabs "Disc Launcher" build box. One is true to the injection molded version included in the box, complete with the inside curve of the disc made vertical to avoid the negative space that causes injection molded parts to become stuck in their molds.
The second one has an all-around thickness of .75mm as measured in the interior spoke of the original, for a lighter disc that may end up flying farther than the original, although that hasn't been tested yet.
The third, an idea my kid had to add some propeller blades under to help it fly better. Spoiler: it’s not as good as the original shape.
The only structural change made was adding a small fillet where the hole meets the disc to allow just a little more strength where the layers meet and transition to the vertical part.
