Adjustable Scent Deodorizer Ball

The Adjustable Scent Deodorizer Ball is a fully 3D printed 40mm compact deodorizer designed for powerful, customizable freshness. Featuring precision adjustable vent shrouds, simply twist to control your preferred scent level.

It includes 6 unique base variants for different styles and stability needs:

• Round

• Round (flat bottom)

• Cylindrical

• Cylindrical with stylish vertical lines

• Cylindrical with stylish "waves"

• Cylindrical with diamonds

Fill with Gain scent beads (or any similar laundry fragrance beads) for long-lasting odor control. Fully refillable and reusable. Prints in approximately 1.5 hours.

Recommended Print Settings:

The Adjustable Scent Deodorizer Ball is designed for easy, reliable printing. It can be printed all-in-one with zero supports required.

If you are having trouble printing the whole assembly on one plate, it is recommended to print the parts individually.

For best results we recommend:

• 0.2mm layer height

• +3mm inner and outer brim

• Print the center support screw with the threaded end down (head up) — no supports needed

• Print all bases with the threaded cross member down. No supports required— including the cylindrical variants.

Supports for the two vent shrouds are optional — they can improve surface quality on the overhangs but are not required for full functionality.

Printed with these settings, each complete takes approximately 1.5 hours or less.

General Assembly Instructions: -- Get Fresh in Minutes!

1. Prep the Core: Hold the center support screw with the outer vent shroud (round hole at top) cup-down. Thread it firmly onto the center support until tight.

2. Nest the Inner Shroud: Slide the inner vent shroud (square hole at top) down the center support until it nests snugly inside the outer shroud.

3. Load the Payload: Select your favorite base (#1–#6) and fill generously with Gain scent beads or equivalent. Leave a little space at the top for clean assembly.

4. Dock the Vent Assembly: Screw the complete adjustable vent module onto the base clockwise until secure (hand tight is ideal).

5. Calibrate Scent Output: Twist the outer shroud clockwise to align or offset the vents. More overlap = stronger scent. Less overlap = subtle freshness. Fully closed for storage or travel.

6. Deploy & Enjoy — Drop it in shoes, bags, cars, or closets and let it work. Refill anytime and swap bases whenever you want a fresh look.
