Description
Efficient dust collection for Einhell mitre saws. This 3D-printed Y-adapter combines both standard extraction points of the saw (upper blade guard and lower chip collector) into a single outlet. Designed for a direct connection to a standard Drain pipe 90 mm or workshop dust extraction system.
Function: Optimally distributes suction across both high-dust zones of the saw.
Saw Connection: with a standart recycled vacuum hose cut to length
Extraction Connection: Directly compatible standart drain pipes 90 mm
Assembly: Simple push-fit. For maximum stability, securing the HT pipe with a hose clamp is recommended (as shown in the image).
Print Settings Recommendation:
Material: PETG or ASA (for workshop durability and impact resistance).
Infill: At least 20–30% (Gyroid recommended for structural strength).
Walls: 3 wall loops to ensure airtightness and strength at the pipe couplings.
Supports: Depending on print orientation (best printed standing on the large single opening), minimal supports may be needed inside the Y-split or at the overhangs of the smaller tubes - depending on your printer
