My cleaning needle broke right away at first use, as it didn't fit in every sprinkler nozzle. Therefore, I decided to create my own cleaning needle to replace the original one.
As I threw the shipped one away to fast, I had to tinker around with the dimensions. The 1mm tip seams to be best usable and compatible.
The 0.5mm version of the cleaning nozzle was my first attempt and I was quite surprised, that it printed well. As this version will fit some nozzles the bigger one doesn't (that's why the shipped one broke), I decided to upload it as well. Printing of the small one is at own risk, as it might fail.
Print Settings
Filament: PETG
Layer height: 0.1mm
Avoid crossing curled overhangs: On
Perimeter generator: Classic (for 0.5mm), Arachne (for 1mm)
Print Speed: 30% or less from the beginning (e.g. by adding custom GCODE: M220 S30 on Layer 1)
Note: Arachne didn't render the tip of the cleaner (0.5mm) correctly, as some layers were missing. This was solved by using the Classic perimeter generator.
