I have printed many lite panels to put it in a drawer for storing screws. After printing 50 panels and want to install it with a connector, i can't find the right one for the lite panel. The panels must be connectet with a space to fit the shells. It seems that the lite panels was updated to a new version, but the connector was not. So i decided to create a connector that solve that problem.
The connector was small, so reduce the print speed was a good idea. I print twenty pieces by layer without problems. Layer hight 0.2 mm with 0.4 mm nozzle. If your printer was not good calibrated, you can scale the connector in the slicer to the right size. The connector was designed without tolerences and schould connect with light press into the grid.
