I printed the final version in PETG with 25% gyroid infill. This adapter should be quite heavy duty, I calculated the gyroid infilled printed version with Prusament PETG to have a failure load of around 250 N per adapter, so 50kg of toolboxes under the adapter should be possible. Ideal CAD geometries showed a peak of 20,5 MPa at that lifting load. Although not recommended, I didn't manage to break my 5% infill PLA prototypes either...
Supports are only needed in a few places and cannot be avoided unfortunately. The red marked areas can be printed without supports easily, at least by a Prusa CORE One.
