A fully working 3D printed combination padlock. Print it, set your code, and it actually locks and unlocks.
Set your own combination
Nine numbered wheels are included, one for each digit 1-9. Pick any three and print them - the wheels you choose are your code. Want 8-3-7? Print wheels 8, 3 and 7. Change your mind later and just print three different wheels.
What you need to print
6 parts in total: Case Front, Case Back, Shackle, and 3 wheels of your choice from the 9 supplied.
Print settings
Layer height 0.2 mm
3 walls / perimeters
4 top and bottom layers
15-20% infill, gyroid or grid
No supports needed in the orientation supplied
Largest part is 90 mm
Assembly
The wheels slide onto the shackle, drop into one case half, and the other half closes over them. Glue is optional and goes only in the case holes - note that gluing locks your code in permanently. Full illustrated instructions are included as a PDF.

Every mating surface in the model is driven by a single clearance parameter, so the fit can be retuned for your printer by changing one number.
