# A quick note on drainage
This planter has no drainage hole. It's designed as a cache pot: you keep your succulent or cactus in its original nursery pot and simply slide it inside. No repotting, no risk of overwatering or root rot, and you can swap plants or seasons in seconds without touching the soil.
