Description
The nozzle of the FLSUN SR is slightly longer than the focal point of the stock fan ducts, resulting in the airflow cooling the nozzle rather than the part / extruded filament.
Whilst this hasn't had a noticeable effect on the majority of prints, this may cause some issues with high angle overhangs or longer bridges, as well as small / thinner details on certain models.
This redesigned fan duct adjusts the focal point of the air flow by changing the angle and position relative to the nozzle. It maintains a similar area of coverage, but is slightly narrower than the stock ducts.
