Gas struts Mount/Stabilizer

After 3 weeks in the original RatRig config 1 of my struts ripped.

So i order new ones and print the Lid Mod from 

ZEBaker98 ( V-Core 3 Bistable Enclosure Lift )

Than i saw that the mountings are get bending to hell because the Lid is way to heavy for the mini mountings they normally hold a door^^ 

But the Mod was really cool because of the wider opening of the lid and it hold perfect.

So i decided to make the good system even more good and much stronger so spend some time in Fusion and after some testing there is the final result.

Hardware you need:

• 8x M6x10mm cap hat screw (Includes the 4 screws for the arms)
• 8x M6 Heat inserts (Includes the 4 inserts for the arms)
• 4x 3030 M6 Drop in nuts
• 4x M6x30 Flat hat Screws (Head width max 13mm and height 2-3mm)
• 4x M6 Nyloc nut (recommend)

Print settings:

• 0.2mm Layer high
• 25% Infill (or more if you want to be extra safe)
• ABS, ASA, PC-CF or PA-CF (recommend PC or PA)

The Remix Arm for the Original Mod: Bistable Arm remix

Notice: These mod works only with gas struts if the have an M6 Thread.
              The original RatRig provided ones works you can take of the original heads.
