Modular Raspberry enclosure, for MeanWell power supply - suitable for 10" rack

This is a modular enclosure suitable for 10" rack or as stand alone version.
It can carry a MeanWell PSU. It is prepared for a PS-25-05 or a PS-15-05.
For the electronics side there are inserts available for RaspberryPi 4B for OrangePi One and for OrangePi PC3.

This is an updated version from 2026.
After Lxkev wrote in the comments that I missed the correct height for 1U I re-designed it from scratch.

• Now it is exactly 1 3⁄4 inches (44.45 mm)

• I removed all "melt in" threads and replaced them with standard plastic screws (less work / cheaper)

• I added a possibility to secure/fix the inserts with a cable tie, screw or seal

• I strengthened some weak points

• I added a option for a switch in the power cover (for 19x13mm rocker switch)

• I added a mounting bracket for the IKEA Skadis system

The brackets are optional so you can remake holders that fit for you.
Or you can use the brackets for wall mount if you don't want to use it in a 10" Rack.

You can create you own insert as well with the blank insert.

Parts for power supply needed:

• MeanWell 25-5 or 15-5

• Power Cord 3 wire min 1mm²

• Some wires and ring cable lugs

Optional needed

• 19x13mm rocker switch
