Boredom leads to weirdness. The design uses a single 608 bearing and can be printed in either PLA or PETG at 0.1-0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle.
I printed the fan in Green PETG and the duct in Grape Purple PETG both at 0.2mm layer, 0.4mm nozzle, 70mm/s and 50mm/s wall, 235C nozzle, and 75C bed on my Ender 3 S1.
