By user request, I added PIP clamps in 42 mm, 44 mm and 46 mm diameters. They are available only in the unmarked version, in the Pipe Clamps (second version, PIP, unmarked) folder.

I’ve added a custom Air Vent Insert tested on a 2010 Lexus GS350.

It clips securely onto the dashboard air vent louvers and works as a mount for the adjustable phone clamp.

It may be compatible with other Lexus models from the same generation, but I haven’t been able to verify that.

Added the Mushroom Grip for the MagSafe Plate. Each model name (e.g., Mushroom Grip TPU 20mm) indicates approximate finger size. For a softer touch, I printed these in Polymaker PolyFlex TPU 95. You can also use this grip with the adjustable phone clamp — it may offer improved comfort and handling.

Designed a workbench stand to hold a phone above a desk — great for recording instructional videos. It integrates well with the phone clamp described here. 📁 Files: Articulated Arm Stand and Clamp

Also added a MagSafe Plate (in Magnetic Mounts folder). You'll need a Magnet Ring — available on AliExpress or Amazon.

For use on vibrating surfaces (e.g., vehicles), normal tightening may not hold a large phone. ✅ Print ball components in TPU (TPU 95A, 70% infill) for more friction and grip. Worked well in my tests — feel free to share your results!

By user request, I resized two phone mount parts to fit a Samsung S20 FE with OtterBox Defender case. Not tested by me, but received positive feedback.

Published a Phone Clamp version with EPDM foam pockets, great for rigid phone cases. This version uses the material's flexibility to grip the phone — no need to adjust clamp size. 🎥 A video is included to guide assembly.

📝 Note (06/13/2024)

I removed some files that no longer fit the project scope. Related models will appear in new uploads over time.

🔧 Overview: What is PlasticClamp?

PlasticClamp is a modular clamping system built from 3D-printed components. You can mount phones, flashlights, cameras, and more onto surfaces like:

Flat magnetic panels

Round bars

Table edges or tray tables

Trees or posts

📌 Before Printing:

Ask yourself:

What object am I mounting?

Where do I need to attach it?

How much flexibility or reach do I want?

The system uses ball-and-socket joints, clamps, and knobs for flexible, tool-free assembly.

🛠 Real-World Examples:

Clamp on a lawnmower handlebar

Mount on a Lexus GS350 air vent

Countertop setups

CD player mount for phones

🧰 Print-In-Place (PIP) Clamps

Introduced PIP clamps using square M3 nuts.

Each is pre-connected by thin bridges. After printing:

Remove supports

Gently rotate at hinge points to break the bridges
