This is an early version of a 10-disk 2.5" SSD caddy for the Sharkoon QB1 mini-ITX case to replace the provided SSD/HDD mounting frame.
It's a very tight fit in the available space, even after (manually) countersinking the drive mounting screw holes. So tight in fact, that there is no need to try to screw it into the case. Ten SSDs (or 8 SSDs plus 2 HDDs) can get quite warm so there is provision for mounting two 5010 fans which can draw air through the front panel to provide cooling.
This is my first ever 3D CAD creation and I made a mistake somewhere because the centre support is 0.2mm too far forward and not connected to the rear panel. Fortunately this isn't really a problem. When I work out what I did wrong I'll upload a corrected .stl
A more serious problem is that I didn't leave room for any fan mounting screws/bolts. There'll be an updated .stl to fix this problem as soon as I get a better handle on the CAD stuff.
I used 0.2mm layer height with supports and printed it in PLA.
