Description
I designed this cover to mainly protect the screen and to be as thin as possible. I did want the RGX35XX to still be very pocketable.
About this model:
The black and red on the pictures has the first 3 layers made of PETG as it bonds well with the TPU. You can follow this post if you'd like to achieve the same result with a single extruder / no MMU.
Otherwise it's easy to just print the whole thing in TPU like the white one in the pictures, the front 4 layers are plenty strong and protect the screen well.

Model is provided as a 3MF file with my settings, you may want to adapt.
Settings
Layer Height: 0.3mm
Infill: Honeycomb at 15%
Support: None.
Bottom layers: 4
Top layer: 0
Single Material: TPU highly recommended. I used PolyMaker PolyFlex TPU95
Multi Materials: PETG for first layers + TPU (TPU doesn't bond to PLA). See this post on how to do multimaterial with a single extruder / no MMU.
Note: I might design a back half is there's a demand for it (likely TPU, single material. With or without ports/buttons access)
