Slide in side mount for the dell optiplex 9020m on a ikea lack enclosure or any other surfaces you want to put it on.
Mounts with 4 screws (recessed) and is secure enough. Fits 120mm fan “mods” the original fans are notoreous for termal throtteling the unit, or wearing out and making an ungodly noise.
Printed with no supports, from PETG for some heat resistance (its a pc, but the temps dont exceed 34C). Took 11 hours at 0.28mm 100mm/s speed with a .4mm nozzle.
Depending on your printers accuracy you might have to shrink or enlarge it by max 1%. Print it out and stop it at layer 8 to test fit. You might have to cut off a piece of the front (i dont have the original dell pin that fits the front so i couldnt take its exact measurements). An exacto knive will do it, or a dremel. The back has 2 little tabs that retains the unit if you print it exactly to size. these are mounted on an “arm” so they flex a bit to insert the unit.
