I have a lovely DIY garden net cage from gardening naturally. Unfortunately, in a recent storm the plastic corners (these: https://www.gardening-naturally.com/joiner-corner) snapped off. So what's a guy with a MK3s to do? Pay massive shipping costs, or sink an hour into designing a replacement?
There are two versions;
- “one-piece” version which can be printed in your favourite PLA/+, PETG, ABS etc.
- A version designed to be printed in parts taking advantage of material strengths, the inner “core” printed in Flex/TPU, and the “sleeves” in hard PLA/+, PETG, ABS etc.
Print the core/one-piece with supports. For the flex core version, a multi-nozzle printer is advised to avoid dealing with TPU supports.
