I printed everything in PETG for added strength and flexibility. The clearances are small, so you may need to calibrate your printer or enlarge the female part by a tiny percentage if you have trouble getting both parts to fit together.
It is recommended to insert a screw before trying to adjust the angle, as it is easy for the whole thing to pop out, which can lead to damage to the ribs.
Pick out the female and male adapters and put them together as you like, as I don't have much time to keep working on this.
I had problems with the hex nut depending on the orientation. If you have to use supports, it is very helpful to enforce that no supports are placed on the ridges. They are a pain to remove and leave the surface too rough for smooth movement.
The female parts are fitted for a M4 nut and a M4x25mm screw.
