I lost the covers to the MTT system on my BMC URS. These are a pretty good fit replacement. I haven't had a chance to try riding with them yet to see if they stay in place however. The FreeCAD file is a work in progress and still has some…

I didn't like the usual cylindric spacers. BMC is using special spacers for their stems, but on my bike I use a stem from Ergotec. So I made a custom one to fit both forms. The bottom part adapts to BMC MSM “topcone”, the top part adapts…
This sleeve was designed for a 2011 BMC RM01 seatpost, but fits most D-shaped BMC seatposts of that era. The main purpose of the sleeve is to prevent the bike from twisting in the clamp of a workstand due to the D-shape of the seatpost.…
It's often recommended to have a spare derailleur hanger for your bike, because if it breaks it can take weeks for you to get one. So, before mine broke I measured mine and modeled it in FreeCAD so I can get it machined if need be. I…
This model is designed for M3 screws and M3 inlets
Support imprimé en PA11 Carbon Adapté au cadre BMC SLR
The original design is based on a drawing presented on the MGAguru website. it is suggested that this too be made from a soft aluminum and as I don't have a lathe I wondered if a tool set made from PETG would do just as well. To get a…
TPU with 25% infill
Black TPU, 15% infill, supports.

Support bridge for rear pannier rack of BMC 257 bicycle. Original pannier rack of this bicycle is supposed to handle 10kg load per side, but starts deforming already at lesser loads. This support braces the center of the pannier rack to…
this is a monitor mount for the raspberry pi for your Kodi box Category: 3D Printing
had a few extra screw holes free on my BMCU after mounting it to my A1 Mini, so thought I'd make a little Hydrometer holder. It uses two of the screws that come with the BMCU (M3x25mm IIRC), and should work with all the variants of the…
Update 11-02-2026. updated all the files! The BMC is now at a stage I consider production ready, so have a go, do some weird design stuff. 12-12-2025: So, first major update, the BMC is definitely usable, I'm running it in my Foamo…

Summary A fender mount for a BMC Alpenchallenge AMP E-Bike (model year around 2019), because the fender always hits the tire while riding. The parts are designed to fit on 46 mm wide Curana fenders attaching to the rack. If you just want…
Go pro mount for BMC SLR01 from 2020 (D shaped seat tube). Probably works with other BMCs. File is a bit sloppy but it worked well on my seatpost. Added a bit of duct tape around the seat tube so the clamping is better. Printed with 100%…
Small “cap” that ensures that front light of BMC 257 doesn't shine into your eyes while cycling. Front light is made by lighstskin, and neatly integrated into handlebar, but with the downside that is does shine into the eyes of the person…
I created this simple tag to better identify the color and the material of filament. You can rewrite text and change the color.
I printed it with Filaflex 60A TPU Filament, 100% infill. You might want to try a bit harder compound also. Lubricate well before installation with brake rubber grease or PTFE-lube. Remember, you need two of these. Have fun and gimme all…
