Follow the CAD files and use common sense.

Long version:

The pictures show my enclosure with some of my own modifications; you don't need a window, wiring, lights, etc. but I added them to mine and you could too. However, these will increase the cost of the enclosure.

The enclosure is assembled as shown in the CAD files, although the door cutout is approximate and obviously any window cutout is specific to your piece of glass or acrylic.

One thing to note, the plywood is structural, and stiffens the flimsy 2x2 frame. Also of note, if you don't want it to be on stilts, you could make the vertical 2x2s shorter (3' would completely remove the legs).

You will need to cut the plywood (or OSB) into four 2'x3' rectangles and two 2'x2' squares (one with 1.5"x1.5" squares cut out from it's corners) kind of like this (obviously not to scale):

3'

3'

2'
 2'    2'

You will need to cut the 2x2s into eight 21" lengths, four 6' lengths, and one ~31" length (or as long as your door is tall)

You will also want to make a hole in the enclosure for the cable so you can plug your printer in.

You need a handle for the enclosure, I recommend https://www.printables.com/model/1012566-enclosure-door-handle-openclosure

You need a latch for the enclosure, I recommend https://www.printables.com/model/1012544-enclosure-latch
