Purchased a BMAX micro PC and external optical drive to save some space on the desk. In keeping with the small foot print, and wanting to keep the functionality of the expansion ports on the optical drive, I put this guy together. It is a perfect fit and marries these two components beautifully! I don't think I can easily remove the optical drive from the housing; but it keeps the portability and considering I have 3 of these micro PCs, I can easily swap the PCs in and out.

This was printed on an Ender3 V3 SE, 0.4mm, Sunlu PTEG @ 255'C, Slim Tree supports, textured PEI bed @ 70'C, took about 6.5 hrs print time. Some stringing needed to be cleaned up, but I believe that was more due to “wet” filament.

If you find that you could use this, or need it opened up to make it more flexible, let me know in the comments/makes or hit me up on X.
