This is a shroud to cut down on glare from a hanging LED that's not covered by a shroud/reflector already.

This is designed around the Amazon Basics 60 watt equivalent LED bulb. You should be able to scale in your slicer for larger LED bulbs as needed. Do not use with incadencent bulbs.

This vented design lets the bulb have some airflow. I tried a closed top design(which looked nice) but it caused the bulb to heat up quite a bit more with no airflow possible.

Print in spiral vase mode with a .6mm extrusion width using ASA if possible. ASA has a higher heat deflection temp vs PETG so the heat from the LED bulb won't deform the shroud. Don't print in PLA as the glass transition temp is pretty low and will most likely deform.

Vase mode(single wall) creates a cleaner looking print/glow. Multi perimeter creates some variance I found not as clean looking.

This vented version also lets some light go upwards which can create some good distributed light bounced off your ceiling.

Exported from Fusion360 in maximum resolution for clean curves when slicing/printing.
