This is a 4 inch inline damper for air systems.
Can be printed as one piece, may require some sanding to make sure everything moves smoothly.
The actuator I used was a Belimo TFX24-3, but the damper rod is a standard shape for other brands.
The optional actuator clamp uses 3m or 6-32 x 1" screws.
Being an early design of mine from some time ago, the model is a bit janky but it works!
