When I design the Ultimate router jig, (https://www.printables.com/model/847294-ultimate-router-jig) , I was not able to find a trim router base wich can be easiliy printable without support.
For this reason I decided to design my own router base.
You can print in PETG or ABS (I have try both succesfully)
Two locking mecanism are possible :
M4 - with a gear for height adjustment (for compatible trim router makita 37xx series and clones)
M5 - single knob - no gear.
One exaust system is also available, compatible with 35 to 36mm vaccum diameter and festool cleantec 36mm.
