This is a simple repair for the Dave laptop table from Ikea. The parts are designed to use M3 fusible nuts. It is also possible to do the repair using normal nuts. Screws required: M3 x 15 (or longer) inhex head, 2x melting nut M3 or stop nut M3. As a result of the repair, the angle of the table is no longer adjustable, but it is much more stable than in its original state.
I printed the parts in ASA with a layer height of 0.15mm. Top and starting layer 6x, wall thickness 6 layers. Infill 15%. This is extremely powerful. The pieces can certainly work well with fewer layers.
You will also find a replica of the original part with adjustment. However, this has not been tested.
