This is a 3d printable mechanum wheel compatible with MG995/MG996R servos.

Dimensions:
  • Diameter : 61.7 mm
  • Thickness: 19 mm
Parts:
  • Wheel A and B:
    • The wheel body is separated into two halves, lower and the upper
  • Common:
    • rollers
    • shafts which attach the rollers to the wheel body.
  • Extras:
    • 4 M3x16 screws ( and nuts).
Printing:
  • Material: Standard PLA+
  • Supports (required for wheel body):
    • Type: Normal
    • Pattern: Rectilinear
    • XY separation: 0.5
    • Top Z distance: 0.2
  • 10 rollers and 10 shafts needed per wheel.
  • Print the shafts and rollers separately from other parts.
Assembly:
  • The wheel_lower part fits with the wheel_upper part with 3 M3x16 screws.
  • Align the three screw-holes precisely as sometimes the holes might align but the alignment of the lower and upper bodies might be off by 120 or 240 degrees.
  • The wheel_cap ( this part was not tested by me as I only had M3x20 screws available) can be used in place of nuts to hold the body parts together.
  • One M3x16 screw goes through the center of the wheel to the servo.
