This is an elevator bearing block FRC team 28 is prototyping and using for a cascading elevator system for the 2025 Reefscape game. This model has been redrawn completely to properly fit in a 2" x 1" punched tubing.
All fasteners are 10-32 to secure the bearings and secure the part to the tubing.
Additional items that will need to be purchased include:
- 625zz bearings (These are the bearings that hold the tubing and ride along the 1" side)
- 624zz bearings ( These are are the bearings that the 2" face will ride against)
- 4mm shaft / rod (This will connect the 2 624zz bearings together and be held in with a ziptie)

Both the bearing block and spacers were printed in PETG with no supports. I used 50% infill on the bearing block and 100% on the spacer.
