I made a mount for my Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals, where I can adjust the angle, while mounted to a wooden base.
Stuff I used:
- 2x 2040 aluminum extrusion profile ~35 cm (can be wider or narrower, depending on your pedals, for the CSL Elite they can by narrower, minimum should be at least 25 cm, but I had the 35 cm ones here)
- 16x M4x10mm, with same amount of T-nuts (I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1061769) and hex nuts, for the mounting-plate, which holds the pedal holder on the extrusion
- 4x M8x20mm (up to 25mm, for the CSL Elite Pedals), for mounting the pedals to the mounting-plate
- 8x M8x40mm, with hex nuts, to mount it to the wooden bottom
- 8x M6x20mm, to mount profile to the adapter (requires cutting 2 M6 threads per profile)
- 4x M8x30mm, with hex nuts, also with 12x M8 washers, to mount the profile adapter to the front and back mount and adjust the angle of the pedals
The front and back inner spacing is roughly 19.7 cm, best way to mark it is to loosen the outer M8 screws and flatten all 4 sides at 0° angle, then you can mark the outside of the front and back mounting points.
I printed everything in standard PLA with Prusaslicer defaults (2 perimiters, 20% infill, 5 top and 4 bottom solid layers), with my Prusa Mini. With it I was able to use the 95 shore rubbers on the load cell brake pedal with full force (If I recall correctly they required a brake force of 90kg), which I used for some time and replaced it now with some springs, for a better feel.
