This is my version of a hinged holder for the Aqara door and window sensor to be mounted on a garage door.
It uses a piece of 1.75mm filament as hinge pin.
I made the clearances fairly large to ensure easy swing since the magnet is quite light.
Attach to garage door with double sided tape.
Fusion and STEP files are also in the file section for easy remix.
Print instructions:
It is designed to be printed with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.3mm layers.
To get a little more weight on the magnet side print that part with additional top and bottom layers and a high infill density.
