I don't like the stock location of the runout sensor on an Ender 3 S1 printer so I created a bracket that moves it down onto the print head. The bracket utilizes two existing fastener locations and is easy to install. It's stout enough that it doesn't flex much while the printer is moving. The mounting holes for the sensor itself are not threaded. I sized them to 2.5 mm so you can just use an M3 screw to "self tap" the holes.
