Simple nut extension / handle for dumbbell to make a really short barbell from it.
Usable if you want to do (limited) barbell training with dumbbell. Personally I can recommend for training with lower weights (like forearm exercises) as plastic is quiet fragile for this kind of use.
Load your dumbbell at your own risk, so far it was tested only up to 6,5kg with PLA model printed with 15% infill for short period of time.
