The lever of the sprayer broke so I wanted to try fixing it. This works pretty well but it's not a perfect duplication. I used a #6 screw and nylock nut for the pivot. The screw was 1 1/4" long and cut to final length.
For outdoor use it's a good idea to use ABS/ASA and this part is fairly long with poor contact area with the bed so large mouse ears are recommended at the ends. Also, the head (around the pivot and brass valve nut) should be 100% filled, use a primitive to modify the infill in just that section.
