TILTA_LOWRIDE – Compact V-Mount / BPU Adapter Plate for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K & 12K Design by EdZ Description: The TILTA_LOWRIDE is a custom low-profile adapter plate that makes the Tilta BPU/V-Mount Plate for Pyxis more compact, practical, and better balanced when used on the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K or 12K camera.

It reduces the distance between the power plate and the camera body and lowers the battery position, making the PYXIS power button easily accessible.
The lower center of gravity also improves balance when the camera is mounted on a rig or gimbal.

The TILTA_LOWRIDE keeps the full set of Tilta power outputs available, allowing quick V-Mount battery swaps without the need to disconnect or reroute power cables.
No cable desoldering is required: the Tilta power plate fits through the inner cavity of the 3D printed part.
To remove the Tilta screws, use a precise high-quality screwdriver, they are glued and can strip easily.
Typical assembly time after printing: 2 to 3 hours.

Compatibility:
• Tilta BPU/V-Mount Plate
• Blackmagic PYXIS 6K / 12K
• Standard 1/4"-20 mounting pattern

Hardware Required:
• 8 × M3 threaded inserts (length: 4.8–5 mm, outer diameter: 4.8 mm) for 4 mm holes

Recommended Print Settings:
• Material: PLA, PETG, or ASA (depending on desired rigidity and heat resistance)
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 60–80%
• Wall Thickness: 3–4 perimeters
