I wanted to be able to adjust the faceplate angle to stay square with my foot when I adjust the pedal angle. I also researched real GT3 car pedal boxes and found the faceplate usually sits a bit closer to the driver than the pedal hinge when unpressed so I made the brackets long to include this. I am working on a newer version with the ability to adjust how far out the pedal face sits but I wanted to put this out there for now. I am also trying to imliment the use of the bolt mounting brace that the faceplate is bolted to in my new design because currently the design uses a 3D printed block to sit in between the brackets. I made the brackets out of 1/8in thick stainless because my university has a machine shop and a waterjet cutter and I was not sure how strong it would be if I used ABS but the block between the brackets is designed to be 3d printed. I'm sure 3d printing would work for the side brackets but I haven''t tested it. Also in my images the block in the middle is made of wood because I did not want to pay for the fillament at my school's 3d printers. Also here are links to the fasteners I used for this: 40mm M5 x 0.8mm
