Original Thingiverse model with pre-defined hex cutouts modified as follows:
- front region made solid with modifier
- thinned to 2mm with modifier
- set to no top/bottom infill with modifier
- infill set to grid @50% using modifier (honeycomb@ 40% OK too)
- split into 3 parts with dowel connectors
Ignore the 3DViewer as it has a bug for this type of project and renders all modifiers as solids.
