I wanted a pellet press like the one NileRed uses in his superconductor video, but they were too expensive for me. The first one I made (not shown here) was PETG at 100% infill and it was able to survive up to 12 tons, but now I'm testing out making it in Polycarbonate. I have to test the max amount the new polycarbonate one can handle, so proceed at your own risk.
For the polycarbonate version:
95% infill, gyroid with 2 multilines, 290c nozzle temp, 100c bed temp, on a bambu p1s
