This remix is a technical refinement of the original toolbox tray, specifically tailored for Snapmaker U1 users.
Key Enhancements:
Fixed Geometry: Repaired 82 non-manifold edges for error-free slicing.
Ultra Material Efficient: Reduced weight to only ~81g (from originally much higher estimates). It's now perfectly safe to print with the 500g PLA starter spools.
High-Speed Profile: Optimized for a 1h 45m print time using 0.28mm layer height.
Recommended Settings (included in the .3mf):
Infill: 10% Lightning (essential for filament saving).
Walls: 2 perimeters (Arachne wall generator).
Support: Tree (Slim) for minimal waste.
Note: Please use the provided .3mf file as it contains the repaired geometry and all optimized settings.
